Alycia is the 2nd Vice President of Employee Benefit Services with The Standard. In her role, she acts as strategist, consultant and implementer, ensuring streamlined activity within her division. Alycia started her career at The Standard 10 years ago as an attorney, eventually becoming a senior director leading transactional attorneys. Then curiosity got the better of Alycia, so she made the leap to the Customer Service. Lean, customer experience, Salesforce, data governance and employee engagement are some of the areas she focused on as senior director of Customer Service performance management.
